MELAtronic 15 EN+: Its innovative water system for instrument protection

In order to protect and maintain the quality of the instruments, it is essential to pay attention to the quality of the distilled or demineralized water used. The conductivity measuring device equipped with the MELAtronic 15 EN+ controls the quality of the water and will issue a warning if the quality decreases and is therefore below a certain standard. That's why the MELAtronic 15 EN+ can only be started if it is filled with fresh and impeccable water. This autoclave allows a choice between the water-saving circulation system and a single-use system that uses fresh water for each sterilization cycle.

Tips on Hygiene Steps.

1. Pre-disinfect the instruments.
2. Soak the instruments in an ultrasonic bath with a disinfectant solution(Respect the dosage and soaking time indicated by the product)
3. Rinse and dry well: Indeed, we do not sterilize a wet instrument and in the presence of residue.
4. Bag the instruments before going through the autoclave. This will keep the instruments in a sterile state until the next care.
5. Sterilize in an autoclave.
