How to use the Ortho-Spray

Before using the Ortho-Spray, it is important to know a few tips to avoid unpleasant surprises.

• This spray milling machine is recommended for use of 5 pedicures per day.
• When first using, connect the cable and the liquid inlet hose. Make sure the hose is properly inserted to avoid any loss or leakage at the connection. If liquid is leaking, check the connection and push the hose in deeper.
• A small bag of seals is provided with the Ortho-Spray, it is essential to place them on each cutter you will use to prevent wear of the handpiece.
• When first put into service, it is not uncommon to have to wait a little longer (about 2-3 minutes) for the vacuum to form and the compressor to fill with liquid.
• When refilling the tank, it is recommended to grease the contour of the tank before replacing the lid.
• After refilling the tank, don't forget to purge your milling machine to empty the air that entered the system during refilling.
• The latency when adjusting the nebulization can be +- 10 seconds: This means that when you make a change to the spray setting a waiting time of 10 seconds +- will be necessary before seeing the desired effect.
